His loyalty, expertise, patience, attention to detail, and dedication to his profession have been recognized. Roger has delivered outstanding work for a wide variety of clients. He has been in the engineering and design profession for over 25 years, coming to the United States from his native home in Brazil in 2001. He is fully conversant with the engineering needs of any project including the design of aluminum, steel or fiberglass boats and is proficient in all technical applications, techniques, and software pertinent to the design and production processes. “Roger has played a key role in upholding Ocean5’s core values, his outstanding performance across the board is what makes Roger invaluable to our company,” Ocean5 President John Canada said in a statement.
Roger has played a critical part in installing high performance seakeeper refits. He has executed nearly 100 different installations on yachts as large as 165 feet! Seakeeper's refits include a broad portfolio stretching across most brands and models. In many cases, Seakeeper can supply a scope of work and an estimated cost immediately. The average refit installation ranges from 1-3 weeks. For smaller boats, a unique leaning post design enables a refit to be done in as little as 48 hours
